• I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

• I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request.

• I cannot perfectly replicate a posted wig, there will be slight differences, 1 will try my best to get it as close to the original as possible.

• Using another artists work as a reference is ok but I will not be copying another artists work.

• Please wait patiently for your commission, I will give you an estimate on how long it will take but the estimated time is not a guarantee. Quality and Detail is what I value thus putting many hours

• If you request a due date I will try my best to make it for that date, additional fees may occur to expedite, I cannot give a refund if the wig takes longer than the expected date.

• I will give you updates on progress of a Commission, if it has been a while feel free to reach out.

• Sharing and reposting my work is ok but please give me credit @ZestyWigs.

• Orders above $200 are able to be split into dual payments, The initial payment will be 50-75% of the order depending on supplies/intensity.

• I cannot split payments on any specials or deals.

• In the event that I personally cannot complete a commission I will give a full refund.

• Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

• Once l am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

• You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference, I cannot give refunds for downgrades.

• Shipping is not included in the pricing, expediting is an additional fee.

• If Damage or warping was to occur during shipping I can repair the wig, I will not be responsible to cover shipping, if the wig has been tampered with after opening and a repair is requested or if you have any personal changes you would like to request upon receiving the hair I can edit it but there will be additional fees.

• Hair will not be sent out without approval.

• Refunds are not available, unless if I deem Necessary.

• I am not responsible if incorrect address is given, or if wig is lost or stolen during transit/delivery.

• I am not responsible if box is damaged or tampered with during transit/delivery.

• If box is delivered and opened I cannot issue any form of refund only alterations/repairs which may entail an additional fee.

• Pre-made wigs that are listed for sale are final sale, alterations may not be requested, only repairs.

• Turn-around time is an estimate, it does not start until the hair has arrived.

• My base wigs ship from a distibutor, I cannot predict the arrival time of the base unit.

• My wigs are standard size (23in) anything larger or smaller may require additional fees

• Teasing/Styling may alter the fit of the wig cap,in this case I can exchange or adjust the fit free of charge, I am not responsible for shipping price and I cannot issue a refund for this.

• Sale and Deal items do not have a guarenteed shipping date, only an estimate.
