Yes. By completing any purchase on this site, you agree to our Terms of Service.
Can I cancel my order after paying?
No. All products are made to order, which means supplies are ordered as soon as your payment is processed. Because of this, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Domestic shipping is included in your order total. International customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines vary depending on the style and intensity of the wig, current order volume, and how long it takes to receive products from our distributor. An estimated completion time will be emailed to you when your order is placed, but please note this is not a guarantee.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
No. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date, even if requested. Please plan ahead when placing your order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All orders include tracking, which will be emailed once your order ships.

Do the wigs come styled?
Yes. All wigs are delivered fully styled, unless you purchase a DIY kit, which will arrive unstyled for you to work with.
How should I care for my wig?
Refer to the Wig Care Guide provided on our site for detailed instructions on storing, maintaining, and extending the life of your wig.
Can I use heat tools on my wig?
Heat styling is not recommended, but our wigs are heat-safe up to 320°F (160°C).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my wig arrives damaged?
If your wig arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of arrival with photo evidence. Repairs may be offered as long as the wig has not been tampered with. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are not available unless we cannot complete your order.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes. All orders are made to order. If you have a special request, please use the contact form to discuss your idea.
How do I place a custom commission?
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a private product link (the “Secret Shop”) with your name, custom price, and a password.
How long do I have to pay for a custom order?
Custom commission listings in the “Secret Shop”remain available for 48 hours. If payment is not made within that timeframe, the listing will be removed and the order will be considered cancelled.
When will my custom order be started?
Work begins only once payment has been processed.
How long do custom wigs take to make?
Each wig requires a different amount of time depending on the style, intensity, and current commission volume. Once your custom order is placed, you will receive an estimated timeline by email. This is an estimate only, not a guaranteed completion date.
Can I make changes after payment?
you may request 3 minor changes before shipping, any more may include an additional fee.
Are custom commissions refundable?
No. All custom commissions are final sale. Refunds are only offered if Zesty Wigs cannot complete your order.

Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final, returns and refunds are not offered once an order is placed.
Can someone else pay for my custom listing?
Yes, but the shipping address must match the address provided in the confirmation email for that commission.
What happens if my password for the custom order page is shared?
Passwords are unique to each commission. If your password is shared, there is a risk of unauthorized access to your order. For this reason, all custom orders will be shipped to the address provided in your confirmation email, regardless of the checkout address.
Do you ever offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered unless Zesty Wigs is unable to complete your order.
