Intellectual Property

All wig designs, images, and commissioned works remain the intellectual property of Zesty Wigs. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the work without express written consent. Zesty Wigs retains the right to post completed work on social media, portfolio, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Pricing & Payment

• Quoted prices reflect base designs. Additional complexity, customizations, or add-ons may incur extra charges.

• Full payment is required before work begins or shipment occurs.

• Payment plans or split payments are not available for any items, including specials, deals, or pre-made wigs.

• Sale or deal items, including 2 for $200 promotions, are final sale and cannot be expedited.

Commissions & Revisions

• Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Rush requests may incur additional fees.

• Clients may request three (3) minor revisions before delivery. Additional revisions or major design changes requested after work has begun will incur additional fees.

• Clients may modify their commission before work begins by paying the difference for upgrades. Refunds are not available for downgrades.

• Turnaround times begin once all base materials arrive. Delays in distributor shipments are outside of Zesty Wigs’ control.

• Customers are encouraged to follow the Care & Styling Guide to maintain wig longevity. Zesty Wigs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse.

Behavior & Cancellation

• Zesty Wigs reserves the right to decline any commission or cancel an order if the client engages in aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

• In the event of cancellation due to client behavior, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Zesty Wigs. Typically, 50% of the total payment will be retained.

Shipping & Delivery

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Zesty Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once handed over to the carrier.

• Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and cannot be guaranteed for sale or deal items.

• Styling or teasing may alter the fit of the wig cap. Adjustments are offered free of charge, but shipping costs remain the client’s responsibility.

• Pre-made wigs listed for sale are final sale. Alterations may not be requested; only repairs for damage are available.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are not available unless Zesty Wigs is unable to complete a commission.

• Refunds will not be issued for delays, dissatisfaction with color or style variations, or shipping issues.

• Sale items, deals, and pre-made wigs are final sale. Only alterations/repairs are available post-delivery, which may incur additional fees.

Liability

• Zesty Wigs is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damage resulting from improper use, styling, or care of wigs.

• The total liability of Zesty Wigs is limited to the purchase price of the wig.

Wig Sizes & Custom Units

• Standard wigs are sized 23 inches unless otherwise specified. Custom sizing or styling may incur additional fees.

• Neck strain or discomfort may occur with extra-long or high-density wigs; clients acknowledge the physical nature of wearing certain styles.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in New London County, Connecticut.

• Force Majeure: Zesty Wigs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including natural disasters, shipping strikes, or distributor delays.

• Privacy: Client information is used only for order fulfillment and will not be shared without consent.

  Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement

  By commissioning or purchasing from Zesty Wigs, you agree to the following:

  Confidentiality

• You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential, including wig designs, techniques, construction methods, work-in-progress images, and any private communications with Zesty Wigs.

• You will not disclose, share, or distribute this information to any third party without written permission from Zesty Wigs.

  Non-Disparagement

• You agree not to make, publish, or communicate any statement, review, or representation that could reasonably harm the reputation, image, or goodwill of Zesty Wigs, its employees, or its products.

• This includes online reviews, social media posts, and verbal or written communications to third parties.

  Exceptions

• Obligations do not apply to communications required by law, subpoena, or court order.

• Honest feedback provided privately and directly to Zesty Wigs for internal purposes is allowed.

  Duration

• These confidentiality and non-disparagement obligations remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

  Enforcement

• Any violation may entitle Zesty Wigs to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.

  Privacy Policy

  We respect your privacy and your trust.

• We collect information like your name, email, address, and payment details only to fulfill your orders.

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

• Emails may be used for order updates or promotions only if you opt-in.

• Payments are processed securely through Squarespace/paypal.

• We store your information for order records and legal requirements only.

  Shipping Policy

  Your wigs are handmade with care — shipping times may vary.

• Orders are shipped after full payment is received.

• Standard shipping times are estimates; delays can occur due to distributor shipments, carrier issues, or external circumstances.

• Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost and cannot be guaranteed for sale or deal items.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zesty Wigs is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our hands.

• International shipping may incur additional customs fees or delays, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tracking info will be provided when available.

  Refunds / Alterations Policy

• All commissions and pre-made wig sales are non-refundable, except if Zesty Wigs is unable to complete your order.

• Sale items and deals (like 2 for $200) are final sale.

• Repairs or minor alterations are available post-delivery for an additional fee, except for shipping damage caused by Zesty Wigs.

• Customers may request minor adjustments or fixes after delivery, but these do not include full style changes, additional fees can occur.

• Alterations do not cover dissatisfaction with color, length, or density outside of reasonable wig variations.

  By purchasing or commissioning from Zesty Wigs and selecting ‘Yes’ at checkout, you agree to all Terms of Service and policies listed above, including Shipping, Refunds/Alterations, Privacy, and Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement.
